This educational course is intended for teaching students studying English for special purposes (physical sciences). It is developed on the base of scientific Russian and foreign textbooks and journals. The supplementary textual and multi-media materials are used.
The course is aimed at comprehensive special English acquisition by developing the four main language skills (speaking, listening, reading, writing), developing learner autonomy skills; raising cultural awareness and tolerance.
